Robbie’s unique style and sound can be attributed back to several different periods of his upbringing. He grew up on a farm outside of Orange NSW, and is the youngest of five boys. Robbie experimented with different sounds during his school years and his parents love for quality song writing has led to him being a natural storyteller. Robbie’s Dad, Peter and uncles Steve and Chris are known for their successful Rugby League careers at the Canterbury Bulldogs in the 80’s.
Robbie has opened for several renowned artists including The Beach Boys, The Temptations, Thirsty Merc, Jon Stevens INXS/Noiseworks, and Eskimo Joe. More recently, he returned home from the USA where he gained valuable experience visiting and travelling with his friend and mentor Coy Bowles from the Zac Brown Band.
Robbie’s recent album ‘200 years too late’ gained a spot in the Top 10 of the Australian iTunes music charts and he has since toured twice growing his following.
Robbie’s authentic and humble outlook on life will have you captivated from the moment he takes the stage.
