Introducing The Mark Wells Trio… one of Newcastle′s favourite and most fun bands!
The Mark Wells Trio features local success & dynamic front-man Mark Wells, who has worked in the USA and in the festival scene across Australia on lead guitar & vocals.

Accompanying Mark usually are Jason Bone, on Bass and Saxophone, and Marty Paget on Drums. However this line-up can be changed to suit the availability of the musicians and your particular requirements of the performance.
The Mark Wells Trio fires off all your favourite hits in close succession, getting you singing along, dancing and generally partying hard in no time at all – faster than a bullet!
Offering a variety of instruments & performance structure starting from acoustic through to fully amplified, The Mark Wells Trio are so versatile – they can create a more intimate sound for small rooms and audiences, or can party on at large parties, functions and celebrations on a MAJOR scale.

‘They were absolutely amazing on the night (as always) and everyone couldn’t stop raving about them all weekend. He sure knows how to entertain.
He is doing my cousins wedding in November and did my brothers last year and another close friends – so he is absolutely loved amongst our friends and family. ‘

– Emily Munro, Wedding Reception, May 2017

‘I just wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to the Mark Wells Trio who played at our wedding a couple of weeks ago.
They were absolutely unreal and the songs that they played were perfect. We have had 4 weddings in 4 weeks and these guys were definitely the best. They had the dancefloor packed the whole time and were very accommodating when a few people wanted to get up for a bit of a sing-a-long….
I would appreciate it if you could pass this on to the band and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone!’

– Chris Ryan, Wedding, October 2016

‘The Mark Wells Trio where very much enjoyed by the Chinese guests – the band really worked hard to fit in with the client’s schedule and antics on the night, including providing the IPAD management of the sound tracks for the clients The Voice competition. They were the perfect selection for this group of International visitors – the guys had lovely interaction with the guests and played a good mix of Aussie numbers and fun songs to get everyone up dancing and singing! We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them again for future Australiana night such as this. Please pass on our utmost thanks to the band for being so accommodating, personable and entertaining!’
